Product Introduction

  1. The BSL30-E represents an advanced phased array detector which can effectively meet intricate phased-array detection needs and process detection information promptly.
  2. Furthermore, this system can be configured to accommodate two sets of TOFD inspection channels, facilitating the integration of dual-phased array scan with TOFD imaging. Its capabilities extend to conducting thorough scans and inspections of welds, encompassing a thickness of up to 100mm in a single operation.

The BSL30-E instrument has the following features:

  1. The focus law offers versatility by supporting multiple PA scanning methods, enabling simultaneous scanning and imaging.
  2. Incorporate a dual TOFD channel feature that facilitates integrated imaging through dual phased array TOFD (PAUT).
  3. Equipped with dual linear array (DLA) and double-sided array (DMA) capabilities for effective austenitic stainless steel detection.
  4. Facilitate the output of multi-channel video signals to distinct screen displays, along with feedback control.
  5. Support a dual-axis encoder interface for two-dimensional corrosion C scanning and wheel probe detection.
  6. Enable high-speed network transmission, allowing for real-time data uploading and downloading.
